Product Installation

We offer a comprehensive installation service across Scotland.

Using HFI (Highland Fireplace Installations) and The Burning Question (Edinburgh), we can cover most areas of Scotland.

While these companies are separate organisations, and not owned or controlled by Bonk & Co Ltd, our long-established relationship with both ensures work is completed to the highest standard.

However, other installation services can be discussed to suit your individual requirements.

Product Delivery

We do not offer a delivery service but can arrange collection with your installer/builder prior to or on the day of installation.

Alternatively, we can arrange for delivery by courier (this may incur additional costs). Both showrooms have ample free parking, which is suitable for collection.

Fuels

We supply the full range of Wood fuels, from one-off overnight bags, to bulk buys. All are kiln dried logs and sourced locally. We also stock 10Kg bags of smokeless fuel, bags of kindling and fire lighters.

Accessories and Spares

Both Inverness and Edinburgh carry an extensive range of accessories to accompany your new/or existing stove. Accessories we can't live without include a Moisture Meter and a Stove Thermometer. Also check out our Eco Fans, we love them!

We carry a large range of spare parts for all the manufacturers we display in our showrooms, and spare's for many more that are not on display. If you have a very old appliance, we can try source you spare parts (if they are still being made). We also carry many parts for open fires, gas appliances and chimney/flue parts.

Repairs and Servicing

If you require a service engineer for your appliance, whether solid fuel, gas or oil, we can arrange for one to contact you.

Chimney Sweeping and Chimney Surveys

Bonk & Co does not offer a chimney sweeping or chimney surveying service but we can help!

We do work closely with local chimney experts who we can recommend for carrying out these services. Please contact Bonk & Co Inverness or Edinburgh for more details either by phone, email or in person.
